With over a decade of leadership experience in the non-profit sector, I’ve dedicated my career to serving others and strengthening mission-driven organizations. For six years, I had the privilege of leading as a Shelter Director, overseeing programs that provided safety, stability, and hope for individuals and families in crisis. Following that, I served for five years as an Operations Director, managing the day-to-day functions of a non-profit to ensure our team could continue making meaningful, lasting impact in our community.

I’m passionate about creating systems that work, supporting teams so they can thrive, and always keeping people at the heart of every mission.
